It identifies the contracting Organization, product, configuration, edition, term, covered Workspaces, capacity and service schedule, fees, taxes, renewal, and cancellation terms. Talent Partnerships Professional and Business use monthly organization coverage. New annual terms are unavailable until separately established. Provider charges and eligible sourcing commission are separately disclosed before authorization. Client ownership, the Organization paying for software, and the payer for a partnership payment can be different. Coverage must name its beneficiaries and scope. Linking an Organization or editing a budget does not create a charge.
